Starting from May 2005 the Customers’ Relations linkof our website will be available.
Customers will have to enter their ID and password in order to be able to access the data base of Compex, where they can track and check the status of their orders.

In particular, the following keys will be active:
- open orders
- sent orders
- documents

With the help of easy-to-use keys, Customers can check the status of their orders and know the delivery date of future orders or the shipping date of past orders.

The following documents referred to every single order can also be viewed: documents sent by Customer, proforma invoices, sales invoices.

We believe that this is going to be a very useful tool for improving our service to our Customers and providing them with updated information on their orders.
