Compex’s site now features a new on-line order tracking service.
Proceed as follows to access this service:
1) log onto www.compex.it
2) click on Customers’ Relations
3) Enter your Login and Password following the instructions that will be communicated to you with a separate email.

Now you can enter the reserved area where you can find information about your company’s orders.
The following information is generally available:
- OPEN ORDERS
- SENT ORDERS
- GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY

Note: in order to be able to use all functions of this service you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your PC. All documents available are in PDF format and can be opened with Acrobat Reader.

OPEN ORDERS
The list of open orders (if any) is displayed by default.
The following information is displayed for each open order:
- customer order and date
- Compex order and registration date
- copy of the order (PDF file) that we have received by the Customer
- a symbol (@) that you can click on to send us an email referred to that specific order (the email is already complete with addressee and order reference)
- status of the order
- a document button that you can click on to view all documents related to that specific order (customer order, proforma invoice, invoice).

Click on the yellow "print" button to print the detailed status of all open orders.

Click on the yellow "Your order number" button to view your order, with details on the heading and all lines.
In this page you can see if the delivery date originally accepted by Compex and entered in the order confirmation has been changed. This page also indicates whether there have been partial deliveries.

From this page you can also view all documents referred to the order.

SENT ORDERS
The "sent orders" button opens the list of orders that have already been sent.
This section refers to orders that have already left our factory and may contain orders that have not yet been received by the Customer because they are being shipped.

This section contains the same information already described in the section on open orders.
Click on the yellow button "Your order number" to view your order details.
You can print your order list (both a detailed list and a summary) by clicking on the "print" button.

COMPANY GENERAL INFORMATION
The "Company General Information" section contains general information about the Customer.
