This Personal Data Protection Notice is issued by Inoxveneta SpA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’) pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’) in order to inform you of the methods and purposes of the processing of the personal data that you may provide while browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as ‘Website’).

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used for operating this Website collect some items of personal data, transmission of which is inherent in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified data subjects, due to its nature it may enable Users to be identified as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties. By filling in the subscription form and giving your specific consent you are subscribing to our mailing list, thereby voluntarily and willingly providing your personal details. Your personal details will be transmitted to the data controller.

It must be noted that the transmission of data via the internet is, by definition, not completely secure, therefore it is impossible to guarantee the absolute security of your personal details.
Once stored in our archives, the personal details you have provided with the subscription form will be forwarded to MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group), which provides the tools for managing our list of subscribers and the forwarding of the newsletter.
